Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
House Rules
Guest is required to sign renter agreement within 24 hours of booking.
Security deposit required of $300. No pets.
No events/parties/gatherings.
No smoking indoors. Smoking allowed only on back patio with windows and doors closed. Ashtray is provided.
Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Minimum age to rent is 21.
