  • At this time, we do not allow pets to stay at the property. We love animals, but we strive to maintain an allergy-friendly, exceptionally clean space for all our guests.

  • Yes! We offer free off-street parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway along with a large covered parking spot. There is no garage access, but the driveway is private and convenient for easy loading and unloading. Additional vehicles such as ATVs are welcome, however there is a width-restriction on the entrance gate.

  • Eagle’s Nest is just a 5-minute drive from historic Main Street and downtown Payson, where you'll find local restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and grocery options. It’s the best of both worlds—peaceful golf course views with easy town access.

  • You’ll receive our full Terms and Conditions—including house rules, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and liability waiver—at the time of booking. These are part of our rental agreement, which must be reviewed and signed electronically before your reservation is confirmed.
