Where You'll Stay
Eagle’s Nest is a custom 1768 sqft home built in 2016 in Country Club Estates and located on the 8th green and 9th tee of Payson Golf Course. The home has expansive pond and mountain views, vaulted ceilings, and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with LED candles in the great room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, breakfast bar, toaster, multiple coffee options, and a wide variety of dishware, cookware, and drinkware. Two primary suites each have bay windows with golf course views, split king adjustable beds, walk-in showers, and separate access to the covered back patio. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and office setup with docking station, wireless mouse, and external screen for easy laptop connectivity. The rear covered patio has seating for 6 including a gas fire pit, outdoor TV, and lots of room to watch wildlife, fireworks from Green Valley Park on the 4th, or golf course action. Just through the back gate it's a short trip over to Payson Golf Club where you can enjoy dining in the restaurant or on the outdoor patio.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Town of Payson Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Town of Payson Town Code Section 116.05. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Town of Payson Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

Chad is the co-founder of StickIt Magnetic Gear, a golf accessories company. He's an inventor, accomplished golfer, steak chef, and avid sports fan. In their words...
